  13. Need for Redevelopment • The NazarAliImambargah structure has only one hall of approx. 2,000 sq. ft. • The structure of the Imambargah is now 90 yrs old and hence during Monsoons there are various places from where water seepages occur. • During Monsoons additional expenses to construct temporary shed for open area behind Imambargah and at the entrance is incurred every year. • During Moharram, Ramzan and other functions there is severe shortage of space due to huge crowd and temporary partition is to be made to separate ladies and gents. Curtain Partition for Ladies

  14. Need for Redevelopment • Ladies, Gents and Children are forced to sit in the open Courtyard on various occasions. Mo’meneen are Sitting in Open Courtyard Mo’meneen Having Iftar in Open Courtyard

  15. Need for Redevelopment • There are only 4 toilets in the Imambargah complex. Considering the number of people who visit the Imambargah this is not sufficient. • Currently there is no proper segregation of ladies toilet area. • There is no separate Wuzu Khana for ladies in the present structure. WuzuKhana Ladies Toilet Gents Toilet

  16. Need for Redevelopment Temporary shed Imambargah Entrance • Presently there is no place for cooking and same is done in the entrance area thereby causing inconvenience to people entering the Imambargah. Cooking place & Equipments for Niyaz

  17. Need for Redevelopment • Due to shortage of space it is not possible to have multiple programs at the same time. • Due to Shortage of space at times when a large crowd is expected it becomes difficult to manage Ladies & Gents programs together. • Jamat Namaz gets affected if some Ladies Program is being conducted. • The Madressa has to be rescheduled / cancelled on many occassions when some other large programs is scheduled at the Imambargah. • Serving niyaz / iftaar to ladies and gents becomes difficult due to shortage of space. • In the current arrangment there is not enough space for individuals to do their Ibadat in solace. For eg. In Shabe Qadr if Qaza Jamat Namaz are offered then there is no space for individual Ibadaat in Imambargah.

  18. Need for Redevelopment Keeping in mind the growing population in the area it is felt that a larger and a more intelligently planned space is the need of the time. For this the existing structure needs to be demolished and the Imambargah needs to be reconstructed with a fresh approach.
