  9. Class Trip Process • Voting – September 10 through 21 • Board Meeting– October 5, 2009 • Board Approval – October 19, 2009 • Contingent upon 50% class involvement

  10. Class Trip Process • Deposits • 1st - $50 September 10-21 • Match the first 80 deposits • 3 goals after deposit as needed to reach the trip cost by 2-26-10

  11. Class Trip Process • Fundraisers • Beaver Fair – September 21 to 26 • 30% of all funds raised last year • Krispy Kreme Donuts – October / Spring • Clothing – November • Sandwiches – January • Subs– February • Soft Pretzels throughout the year by groups
