  3. A-Team\Tut4\Sohail Inspiration “I will be inspired by family to do well and make them proud. I also want to make myself proud and do well in a computing profession job.”

  4. A-Team\Tut4\Sohail Ambitions “My ambition is to get a degree with what I am studying just now and that is Computer Networking. Work for a big company, feeling satisfied when going to work, getting paid a good salary and being successful. My ambition for my personal life would be again good job, good money, flashy car, getting married and buying a nice house.”

  5. A-Team\Tut4\Sohail Motivations “I am doing this course because I enjoy working with computers, it’s the one subject I enjoyed and did so well in school and college. I also believe technology will grow and the job prospects are good. What will keep me motivated is my desire to do well for myself and my family. What will de motivate me is me being lazy, leaving work to do at the last minute and not being focused.”

A-Team\Tut4\Sohail Personal Attributes “I admire when people keep to what they say e.g doing what they have set out to do, for personal qualities which will lead to success is that I am calm under pressure which is sometimes bad and I have a desire to be successful for the future so I can get a good job and relax with a good pay. The difference between success and happiness is that you can be happy without being successful, you don't need to do something to be happy.”

  14. A-Team\Tut4\Michael Success is... I believe success is being able to afford to do the things that make you happy, whether that is money, time or something else you need to have. Somebody I consider successful would be Richard Branson, his businesses are successful and he still has the time to follow his out worldly hobbies.

  15. A-Team\Tut4\Michael Success isn’t... “Success is subjective, it is something that a person cannot measure quantitatively, I believe an unsuccessful person is somebody who has work but no enjoyment, or a consistent record of failure. Gordon Brown has both.”

  18. A-Team\Tut4\Michael Motivations “I’m doing this degree course because I have a real interest in the subject and I know I can do well. My motivating factors are all about the real world experience I’ve had, I want to improve my lot and be happier at my work. De-motivating factors are falling behind in the class and a stress outside of school, at work or at home.”

  22. A-Team\Tut4\Will Success isn’t... “Most visible politicians. They don't seem to be able to keep promises, or improve the condition of the country and people they are supposed to serve”

  23. A-Team\Tut4\Will Success and Happiness The difference, there shouldn't be one. Ideally what you succeed in should bring you happiness, through your accomplishment of achieving the task or goal. If not, then success in your job should allow you to enjoy the time away from your workplace. If neither of these is not possible, something is wrong

  24. A-Team\Tut4\Will Inspiration “No, no inspirational people. I do however admire several friends I've met over the years who seem to have grasped and utilised several skills in computing while managing to complete their degrees, and managed to balance a personal life”
