  2. What is Brain Drain? • Brain Drain is the Migration of educated people moving out of undeveloped countries to find work. Brain Drain is also referred to as human capital flight. • Dictionary Definition: a loss of trained professional personnel to another company, nation, etc., that offers greater opportunity. • There is also Brain Gain. Brain Gain is in which many trained and talented individuals seek entrance into a country.

  3. Issue • Skilled Workers are leaving undeveloped countries and moving to more developed countries to find work.

  4. Argument • I believe that if you get your education in one country you should have a set amount of years to work in that country. • The problem is country’s are paying for someone to go to school and they leave to go find a job in another country.

  5. Ideas that support my Argument • If skilled workers are leaving an undeveloped country how is that country going to develop. • How are people in a country going to get a job if people from other countries are leaving their home country to find a job?

  6. Facts • 3% of the World’s Population are immigrants. • 3% of the of 6 billion people is 180 million people. • India loses $2 billion a year because of the emigration of computer experts to the U.S.
