3. Problem Statement • In Kolkata and other metro cities, most of the drivers are already engaged with commercial mobile application based car services. If we take an example of Kolkata city then according to recent news statistic , approx 46,000 commercial cars are on road and if we consider, for each car their is 1 driver allocated then the number comes as again 46,000. • Along with the above statistic, another statistic also enlighten that total 22,00,000(22 Lakhs)(Source: https://www.mapsofindia.com/top-ten-cities-of-india/top-ten-highest-no-of-car-ownership.html) personal car owner also present in this Kolkata city. • Now if we care considering that 10% of the car owner cant driver or don’t drive and don’t have personal driver as well then that count comes down as 22,000(approx). • For the above mentioned car owner, its very difficult to connect with any on-demand based drivers based on their needs. Driver Centres are present but most of the cases , customer can’t get desired driver due to their unavailability . • So Personal car owner have to plan his/her vacation or work according to driver’s availability.

Solution Statement To Solve the problem we have come up with an idea as stated below: • Build a mobile application based software for customer from which they can book the driver on-demand basis with maximum wait time is 45 minutes. • Drivers for this service are Police verified i.e. no Criminal record & no Traffic violence record. • Drivers are trained with both types of car i.e. Manual & Automatic in 4 segment : Hatch back, Sedan, SUV & Luxury • Drivers will be provided with mobile application based software to get the bookings and navigate to the customer with the help of GPS inbuilt in the application. • Drivers are carried with a bag where one seat cover will be given along Drivershaab dress code i.e. 1 T-shirt specially customised for drivers and a hat where Drivershaab logo will be present. • Customer will pay the driver based on their usage. The rate calculation is based on per minute of usage. • Drivers are trained with speed limit check and also check the customer car papers and minimum car condition i.e. tyre check , fuel check etc.

Product/Technology Overview • DriverShaab is a mobile application which will run both on Android and iOS platform. 1 Mobile application for Customer & 1 Mobile application for Drivers. • Customer can select his/her location, from where he/she wants to start his/her journey with his/her own car and also the destination address(its optional). Once he/she choose location, the application will asked for One-way/round trip. He/She needs to choose that option. After that, 3 types of services will be displayed i.e Within City, Packages & Out-station. He/she needs to choose any of these option. After that, the application will asked for his/her car type i.e whether its Hatch back/Sedan/SUV/Luxury (Automatic & Manual options are also there). • Once he/she select all these option and if he/she also provides the destination address then estimated fare will also be displayed based on the service type. • After clicking the get driver’s tab which will be displayed in below of the application, the application will search for nearest driver with the help of Google API. • Once the booking is done, the application will show the driver’s Photo along with name and Driving licence details(Verification purpose) and the estimated time for driver arrival and one message will be sent to the customer where driver’s name and start & end OTP will be given. This OTP will help customer to customise his/her trip as per need. • After completing the trip, the customer have option to pay by Cash/ Paytm/NetBanking/ DriverShaab Wallet. • After the Payment, the customer will be asked for give his/her rating to that Driver along with few radio button where the customer can choose option to know how much he/she enjoy the rides or he/she has any complain for the driver. • One dedicated call centre is ready to help both Customer & Driver on 24*7*365.

6. Unique Features • First Payment of the Customer will be in Cash Only to avoid any fake transaction. After the first payment Paytm/Net Banking/ Drivershaab Wallet will be activated. • No free rides will be given to customer at his/her first ride. Instead of it, we have a reference option enabled for customer i.e. suppose a customer liked his/her first ride with Drivershaab and he/she refer with his/her unique reference code to his/her friend. Now the amount which will be consumed by that friend of the customer, the same amount will be given back to customer in Drivershaab wallet which he/she can use for his/her future ride. • No Cancellation charge will be deducted from the customer with any circumstances. • The driver will inspect the car’s condition along with Customer’s car related documents. If the documents are not correct then driver cancel the trip with a photo copy of the invalid document. In this scenario , the customer need to pay 1 hour in-city charge which is Rs. 72 + GST. • For Outstation , the maximum wait time will be 2 hours to onboard with the driver.

7. Future Scope • Drivershaab Academy: In current condition of India, there is mobile application for the Indian people from where he/she can customise his/her driving training. In most of cases , the customer go to the driving school and get a total Kilometre along with minimum car choice with Driving school timing. We will introduce an mobile application based platform to our valuable customer where he/ she can book a car of his/her choice with his/her own timing (as per his/her free time preferably ). Here the customer can customise his/her total driving Distance. It will on demand basis and customer can customise each and every details i.e. Car type, TrainingTiming, Total KM of his/her training and the location. • Drivershaab e-Commerce Web-Site: We will introduce one e-commerce based web-site for the customer where he/she can find all car related accessories with home delivery option along with different types of payment like Cash on delivery, Net banking payment, Wallet Payment. • Drivershaab On-demand Car Providing Service: We will introduce one car hub where a customer can hire a car for his/her personal use only. This will also be done with another mobile application which will run both android and iOS platform. • Drivershaab Car Service: A mobile application based service from which a customer can book a servicing for his/her car.

Income Vs Investment for 5 Years (Expectation) • Cost Vs Income summery • The income is consider as per below assumption: • 1 driver income/week: Rs. 6067 (taken consider that he will get 1 night booking/week , 2 one-way booking /week and 1 outstation booking/week) • From the above calculation , we can get that Drivershaab income will be coming as Rs. 85/Driver/Day basis. So for 1 month, the amount comes as Rs. 2,55,000. Now we have taken 5% increase upto 6th months then 15% increase of sell upto 9th Months and then 20% of increase upto 12th months. • From the above calculation we get, in 1 year we will get 51,90,902. Now in the 2nd year, we consider 20% of growth i.e. same as previous year. In 3rd & 4th year, we consider 25% of growth. In the 5th year, we consider 30% growth of sell.

10. Return Of Investment N • In 6 Months, total Return will comes as Rs. 15,15,600. • Now Taking 15% Growth Per Month, then the sale will increase Rs. 2,27,340 and with above calculation , after 1 year the figures comes as Rs. 43,95,240.
