EVERYTHING MUST BE TYPED • EVERYTHING must be NEATLY arranged on a Standard POSTERBOARD • NO MORE than 2-3 COLORS on posterboard • AT LEAST 1 Computer Generated Picture or Neatly Hand Drawn Picture
