Global Tivoli User Group (GTUG) Council • Formed in June 20, 2001, this group of 31 individuals, who represent 25 Tivoli User Groups, meet once a month on a conference call and meet face to face once a year. • Executive Sponsor – Bill Kribbs, VP Tivoli Support and Services • Mission: To extend the effectiveness of Tivoli User Groups by providing operational feedback for the improvement of Tivoli’s products and services, working proactively with Tivoli on planning, strategy and development prioritisation, and expanding Tivoli User Groups networking capabilities globally.’ • The GTUG represents a variety of industries, company size and deployment expertise(example titles: Principal Engineer, Systems Engineer, Systems Analyst, Architect) • GTUG council works to better the user group community by providing a forum by which users can provide feedback to Tivoli through the GTUG Requirements document. • Recent Activity: Provided inputs towards the new Tivoli vision and strategy • Planning a face to face meeting for Q2 2005 in Austin, Texas

  6. GTUG Council Member (suggested) Duties • Attend GTUG Council monthly conf call meetings • Attend annual WW GTUG Members meeting • Collect and represent TUG feedback, issues, concerns • Report back to TUG at TUG meetings • … Total of two to three hours per month
