How does Adverse Weather recovery work? • For Full Time employees who record more than 40 hours of Time Worked the process is automatic. 9512 (Adverse Weather Recover) is not required. • If more than 40 hours of time is recorded that includes Leave, 9512 must be used to override the Leave Hierarchy. • For Part Time employees, they must work physically work more than their required hours
