  1. Design & Implementation of Project Adriana Aguirre Luis Carrera Naomi Dominguez Andy Sanchez

  2. Coding • Ideas from meetings are put into drawings • Drawings are separated into different pages • Individual graphics are designed in Photoshop 7.0 • Use FrontPage XP to code different page drawings into HTML format. • Place graphics from Photoshop 7.0 into FrontPage XP

  3. Testing • Testing is Parallel • Once page saved in FrontPage XP, test in browser • Made sure pages looked same as in drawings • Tested that graphics were not blurry, and actually • Made sure links were working

  4. Testing • No special coding was used, so no major conflicts (Java, Xml, Flash) • Grammar • Made sure pages were within limited width, and no scroll bar in bottom. • Was donation page properly fitted in one page? • Made sure colors were easy on the eye.

  5. Installation • Installation is mixture of Phased Installation & Direct Installation (Cold Turkey) • As pastor emails us content, we cut and paste it to the website • One page at a time • Pastor made sure as each page is finished and that it’s correct • Allows us to concentrate on page we are working on • Final installation will be a Cold Turkey, moved from students’ website to church domain.

  6. Documentation • Since its’ not really big website, no major user documentation • Front page of website is the only form of user documentation • Website is self-explanatory (Links) • Donation page is has steps on how to use it.

  7. Training • Oscar Carrera & Hector Castillo were trained • Step by step instructions on how to download website to local FrontPage and make changes • Trained them on using tables, hyperlinks, graphic importation • How to copy, rename, and delete files

  8. Training • How to keep web space low by deleting unused files • Trained on how to use import videos and the files supported by FrontPage XP • How to use FrontPage features, such as page statistics, check pages not been used, pictures not being loaded correctly

  9. Support • We supervised Oscar Carrera & Hector Castillo while they were making changes • Allowed them to work on certain portions of website, but allowed to email to ask questions • Support was very critical, since training was intense

  10. Maintenance • Maintenance of website will our authority until semester is over • Oscar Carrera & Hector will provide maintenance for the website when semester is over • Luis will provide maintenance after semester is over
