  9. MCR 0178 • IPT • One Supplier x 1 IPT • Supplier to Volunteer withNP Generator Data • ESBN - ½ Day Site Visit • Assurance will cover • Changes to the existing “routine” to prevent the automatic resetting of the “Measured Quantity Field” to zero • Changes to accommodate the new “positive” for the Measured Quantity Field”

  10. MCR 0179 • Downloadable Meter Point Details File • Supplier to access regularly refreshed downloadable format of the Meter Point registration database • The files data content is specified in the MCR’s appendix • The downloadable file will be delivered via ESB Networks “Managed File Transfer Service” • 5 files (*.csv) to be made available on a monthly ( first week of each calendar month) basis • The data will be for the preceding calendar month

  13. MCR 1024 • Global Aggregation • Aggregation Solution as part of Market Deregulation • MRSO will provide daily NQH factors to SEMO for each Supplier as part of each data aggregation run • The factor value on the 590 MM to be used • The factor value will also be added on the 596MM • Additional field (NIEP) to be added on the 590 and 596 MM in order to carry the NQH factor value

  14. MCR 1024 • Change in Settlement Class • Change the code that specifies how data is to be processed and aggregated for settlement • Change in the use of an existing codified field on registration message 101, 101P, 102, 102P and 105 MM • IPT • All Supplier x 1 IPT • Aggregation run will test the NIEP field on 596 MM

  15. MCR 1024 • ESB CS x 2 IPTs • New Connection Registration • New Connection Registration (101, 101P), test for absence of “X” in the settlement class field • Change of Supplier (Gain) • Registration (102, 102P, 105), test for correct population of the settlement class field

  16. MCR 1040 • New value for Unmetered Total Usage Factor on 591 MM • Introduce additional occurrence of the “AdditionalAgregationData” segment to the 591 aggregated message • The fields “timeofuse” & “totalusagefactor” appear in the segment • A new “timeofuse” field (UMN) to be added to the segment • NB. In the test system all sites will have UNM present on the 591 message. Only MPs with unmetered sites will have a value populated against the UNM “timeofuse” field. All other sites will have zero value

  17. MCR 1040 • IPT • All Suppliers x 1 IPT • Aggregation Run • ESBN - ½ Day Site Visit • Assurance will cover • Changes to add additional occurrence of the “AdditionalAgregationData” segment to the 591 MM. • Changes to the existing “timeofuse” field
