Two Questions for Discussion • The Commission acknowledges the great impact of European Research Policy in CC • Why are the results of this Process during the past four years not reflected in Commissions FP 6 proposal nor in the Rules for Participation? • The return rate is a crude measure – but it is an important one for associated states, this will hold true for the participation in FP 6 as well. • Why do CC not urge the Commission to continue the measures started most recently in FP 6 as a continous program? „Polish Scientists in the European Research Area“, Krakow, 21.09.2001
