  1. Counselling "A Well of Water" The workplace counselling is a relational dialog, the point of which is to help someone else in recognizing and working through an issue. The counselling could be characterized as a decided relationship wherein one individual encourages another to support himself. It is a method for relating and reacting to someone else so that individual is found his considerations, sentiments and conduct with the point of arriving at a more clear understanding.
