Projects Project # 1 Development of a Strategic Plan for Quality Assurance Project # 2 Establishment of sustainable QAA Centers in the Egyptian Universities Project # 3 Establishment of an Internal Quality Assurance System in the faculties Project # 4 Development of Academic Reference Standards

  4. Project # 3 1 Establishment of an Internal Quality Assurance System in the faculties. Items: 1- Establishing a sustainable quality assurance unit in the faculty. 2- Raising awareness among academic, management & administration staff 3- Documentation of the following: a) Course and program specifications (with intended learning outcomes (ILOs)), b) course and program reports, and c) faculty annual report. 4- Training of faculty staff, project team & other involved persons (TOT programs)

  5. Project # 3 2 5- Implementing the annual internal quality assurance system 6- Information management and data analysis 7- Reporting system 8- Auditing process. 9- Dissemination of information, procedures and results. 10- Mechanism for monitoring system, sustainability and risk management
