  2. About the New Home Lite Plan This new Home Lite plan is a revamp of the current Home Lite plan with a lot more savings. • Customers now have double the data • Off –peak and peak data buckets • Cheaper top-up rates

  3. Home Lite(old) vs Home Lite (new)

  4. Home Lite Plan Package Details • The plan has 30gb data cap which is broken into peak /off-peak periods. • 20gb data cap can be used anytime • 10gb data cap can only be used during off-peak period (8pm-6am) • Peak data can be used anytime • Off-Peak data can only be used during off-peak period (8pm-6am)

  5. Top Up Rates • Any Top-ups will be billed the following month • Base data cap(included usage) is not carried over to the next month • Top-up data is carried over to the next month • Top-ups have an expiry date of 30 days from purchase • Customers can choose whether they want to top up peak or off-peak data buckets • Data cannot be moved from 1 bucket to the other.

  6. Top Up Rates • Customers can only purchase multiples of $4.00 or 5Gb for off peak data. • E.g $5.00 will be rounded up to $8.00 where customer will receive 10Gb. That is, purchases are rounded up to the nearest $4.00 • The portal will calculate the round up and customers will have to accept the round up before the top up is added to the usage. Above are examples of multiples of $4.00. Top ups are not limited the table above. Higher amounts can be purchased.

  7. Target Market Home Lite Plan is a package for RESIDIENTAL CUSTOMERS ONLY

  8. Installation Fee • $82/installation for new customers • Waived for current ‘Data Only’ customers who wish to migrate (promo period ONLY) • Installation Fee may be waived for new Home Lite customers taking up plan during promotional period (1 month and may be reviewed later).

  9. Customer Premises Equipment • The corded phone shall be the property of TFL at all times until the 24 contracted months is completed. • Once 24 months is completed the corded phone shall be the property of the customer. • The corded phone warranty shall be for 12months during which period TFL shall be responsible for any factory fault. • Broadband modem comes with WIFI support and a 4 port switch. • Any user oriented fault cost incurred within warranty period on the corded phone or modem or shall be borne by the customer and fault reported after the warranty period will be paid for by the customer.

  10. Data Plan • A data cap of 30GB monthly shall be provided to all Home Lite Plus plan subscribers. • This data cap will be broken up into peak and off-peak where customers will receive 20Gb for peak and 10Gb for off-peak. • The data cap balance at the end of the month will not be carried forward. It will be administered under the use it or lose it policy. • Only reloads in a particular month shall be carried over to the following month with an expiry date of 30 days from date of purchase. • Peak data can be used at anytime of the day. Only off-peak data can be used during 8pm to 6pm. • Customers can reload whenever they choose and for what period be it peak or off-peak.

  11. Toll Limit/Credit rating Customers pay deposit during signup and this deposit determines their Credit Rating. Credit Rating is then used to calculate their Toll Limit, Toll Limit determines how much data a customer can Top Up during a month. Normal deposit of $50 allows a customer a Top Up value of $120.00 monthly. Customers can pay higher deposit to increase their monthly Top Ups etc Note: Connect Toll Limit is different from TFL Toll Limit… Below is a screen shot of what is to be used for HomeLite Plus customers.

  12. Bonus Voice Minutes • Bonus minutes awarded at the beginning of the month expires at the end of the month and balance minutes will not be carried over to the new month. • Bonus International Minutes – 50 minutes • All other calls charges remain as is.

  13. Deposit • Deposits must be paid in full during initial sign up. • The refundable deposit for Home Lite plan shall be $50vep for any subscriber. • Security deposit will be held until termination of the account and will be used for debt recovery. • Deposits will be refunded after all debt has been recovered and there is a balance to refund. • Existing customers opting to secure a Home Lite plan but do not have a deposit will need to pay the bond as a requirement.

  14. Disconnections • Customers wishing to disconnect permanently before completion of contracted 24months will be charged CPE penalty. • Termination of this contract before specified period of two years or 24 months will incur a penalty fee. Penalty fee will be equivalent to the amount of months you have remaining in your contract multiplied by the monthly rental. Value of contract is $1,176.00 (VIP

  15. Sign Up Requirements • Applicant must be over 18 years of age • Valid Photo ID – Passport, FNPF card, Drivers License. • Proof of Mailing/Postal address – an FEA or Water Bill • Proof of Physical Address • Valid Email Address for Notifications and E-bills in the near future.

  16. Sign Up Cost • Initial Upfront charged that must be paid • Connection/Installation fees - $82.00vip (new customers) • Security Deposit - $50.00vep • First months rental - $49.00vip

  18. Existing Home Lite customers All existing Home Lite customers will have to be transferred to the New revamped Home Lite Plan. Customer will need to • Fill the New Home Lite application form • Pay deposit difference if they want a higher top up option • Clear all arrears before transferring This is a good opportunity to collect any customer details that is missing in u6 e.g email addresses
