  12. Using WEBS to produce Intent-To-Award Emails • 2) Navigate to the reports module and run the Solicitation Download Detail report

  13. Using WEBS to produce Intent-To-Award Emails • 3) Enter the Solicitation ID of the post, and click View Report

  14. Using WEBS to produce Intent-To-Award Emails • 4) This will return a list of all vendors who downloaded the solicitation, along with their email address. You can paste this list of email addresses into an email you compose as an Intent to Award
