BY 2008, ONE-QUARTER OF ALL TRADITIONAL INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY JOBS WILL BE IN FOUND IN SUCH COUNTRIES AS CHINA, INDIA, SINGAPORE, RUSSIA. • OF THE 50 TOP BEST-PAYING JOBS LISTED BY THE U.S. LABOR DEPARTMENT, 48 REQUIRE AT LEAST A COLLEGE DEGREE. • “WE JUST HAVE TO SAY TO OUR FELLOW CITIZENS, GET A SKILL, AN EDUCATION, LEARN A SECOND LANGUAGE.” J.
