Execution • a decision in monetary or non- monetary terms fails to discharge such duty in time-limit • Administrative body in the first instance • the party may also apply for execution to be exercised by the court or a licenced executor • Administrative body is obliged 2 announce the beginning of execution • deadline for fulfilling the duty
