  3. EXTRUSION MANUFACTURING-Aluminium extrusion is a process, whereby a high pressure ram pushes an aluminium billet through an extrusion die to produce a profile. The Mill Sales division at Daley Aluminium work with customers to design and fabricate customised profiles. POWDERCOATING-The Darley Sydney and Melbourne branches offer an in-house powder coating service, while our WA & QLD branches have access to a third party powder coat service. With a variety of colours to choose from – Darley is an accredited applciator of both the Dulux and Interpon powder coat finishes CUSTOMER TRAINING PROGRAMS-We plan on starting Customer Training sessions from February 2021 – please register your interest by filling in the registration form below and we will forward on more information, once the details have been finalised.
