Time Orientation • French policies and procedures fall’s down to norms and absolute truth within the workplace. • Pressure on managers, cause they are based on short term results and personal achievements. • Teaching Mathematics and Engineering, however the past cannot be continuously integrated within the present. • The short term approach may yield high results for the French companies • education system such as the Grandes écoles in France. • allow the French culture move forward and prosper for the future.

  3. Individualistic V Collectivistic • Does the French society work on a “I” or “we” basis? Society define itself as “every man for himself”? • Collectivistic looks at how people work together and look after each other, loyalty plays a significant role. • Individualistic look after themselves and family. • Scored a 77/100 *Comparison between France and Germany
