  1. Masonic Cooperative Education Program Bringing Light to Our Lodges

  2. Goal To develop cooperative relationships with Grand Lodges and Blue Lodges to promote and encourage substantive Masonic Education programs

  3. Implementation SGIG/Deputy will request permission from Grand Master to implement a Blue Lodge Masonic Education Program

  4. Valley Responsibilities • Identify all Blue Lodges in that Valley • Assign a “Blue Lodge Ambassador” to each Lodge • Utilize members of that Blue Lodge where possible • Appointed by Personal Representative with appropriate recognition

  5. Ambassador Responsibilities • Contact Master of assigned Lodge • Request permission to conduct two Masonic Education programs supplied by the Strategic Planning Committee • Identify interested individuals and request Worshipful Master to appoint a Masonic Education Committee

  6. Ambassador Responsibilities • Valley presents each Lodge establishing a Masonic Education Committee a free copy of Brent Morris’s book, The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Free Masonry for future education programs

  7. Ambassador Responsibilities • Books available at reduced cost when ordered in bulk • Scottish Rite Research Society also excellent source for Masonic education books

  8. Follow-Up Ambassador periodically follows up with Lodge to encourage program and be a resource person
