  3. Forces Available

  4. Phase 2 Scheme of Maneuver 2 x 24-hour TASW stations (~90% of sorties) • CTF 174TACON • ASW weapon and buoy loadout – 4 x lightweight torpedo 1 x Ready-2 Alert per ATO day • CFMCC OPCON • Any mission: Theater/DS ASW, ISR, ASuW • Swing-loaded: 2 x torpedo and 2 x Harpoon • 2hour alert, resets at 0600

  5. MPRA Liaison Officers CFACC AOC - 4 X O-4 CFMCC MOC - 5 x O-4 CTF 170 embarked CSG – 1 X O-6/O-5, 1X O-3 SCC – 1 X O-3 CTF 176 embarked ESG – 1 X O-3 SCC – 1 X O-3 CTF 174 1 X O-4, 1 X O-3

  6. Freeplay Airspace Shared use • no “true” Freeplay airspace MPRA assigned DCA boxes below 5k Dynamic retasking from ATO assigned airspace will require coord with CAOC and FACSFAC to ensure safety of flight • use of LNO is critical to success

  7. Risk Levels Coalition structure vs. universal interpretation of acceptable risk to aircraft Recommended mitigation: • Clear direction: “MPRA shall not close within a hostile unit’s standoff range without OPCON (CFMCC) approval.”
