  1. Learn the Art of Keeping Skin Healthy - Know the Dos and Donts In your kitchen, you can find edible products that can also help reduce acne and scars and eventually erase them from your skin. Try this. Go to your kitchen. Look around. See if you have sugar, honey, green tea, olive oil and apple cider vinegar. Are these items all present? If some are not around, grab your wallet and go to the nearest store and buy them for you are to make your own mask and toner that can reduce acne and scars. You're most likely aware of the benefits of the items I've mentioned. For an instance, how apple cider vinegar has vitamins A, C, E, B2, B6 and P that repair skin cells. Or, that it has malic acid that exfoliates skin breaking up scar tissues which becomes possible because of the alpha hydroxy and amino acids that happens to be also present in the apple cider vinegar. Sugar has glycerin which happens to be a good moisturizer while honey gets rid of acne. To start, put one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar into a bowl. Add two teaspoons of cold green tea, 7 teaspoons of sugar and a teaspoon of honey. Have this mixed. Its consistency should be thick. Put it in a jar and place it in your fridge. For the toner, mix ¼ cup of apple cider vinegar with ½ cup of green tea and a few drops of olive oil. Homemade skincare recipes have made a huge surge here on the Florida beaches. Women who love the outdoor lifestyle know that wind, seawater, and the warm Florida sunshine can cause premature aging if they are not vigilant with personal skincare.
