  4. Main Tasks • Promote development and use of ECVET in Germany • Enhance transnational mobility of vet students • Act as Contact Point for general aspekts of ECVET • Develop practical tools and methods • Enhance dialogue and cooperation of stakeholder and vet-provider

  5. Information • Provide information (internet, conferences, print-media) • Support the development of a « common language » and terminology (glossary) • Prepare relevant information for different target groups

  6. Communication • Provide guidance for the use and application of ECVET • Enhance dialogue between politics, science and practice • Promote cooperation of stakeholders and vet-provider (initiating partnership and LdV-ITP-Projects) • Respond to feedback from practise

  7. Cooperation • Organise cooperation of stakeholder (ministries, social partner, professional associations, vet-schools and universities) • Cooperate with related initatives on national level (DECVET, ANKOM, Jobstarter-Connect, europass etc.) • Cooperate on european level (EU-KOM, ECVET Team, european NCPs) • Support Federal Ministry of Education and Research

  8. Development • Develop tools to support the implementation of ECVET (VET-profile) • Provide examples of good practise (ECVET-database of units of learning outcomes) • Develop tools and methods for transfer • Assure the use of quality assurance mechanism
