  2. OCTC Structure • Permanent Voting Members • Orange County (Co. Exec. permanent Chairman) • NYS Dept. of Transp. (Reg. Dir. permanent Secretary) • NYS Thruway Authority • Metropolitan Transportation Authority • Cities of Newburgh, Middletown and Port Jervis • All Municipalities -- rotating voting rep; 2-yr terms • Towns: 2 from each of the three OCTC regions • Villages: 2 from among all the villages • Non-Voting Members • Federal Highway & Federal Transit Administrations • NYS Bridge Authority • Port Authority of NY & NJ (to be added Nov 2007) • Staff support OC Planning Department & NYSDOT
