  9. What is DaCdb? The DaCdb (District and Club Database) is a system that your district subscribes to and is available to all District 7670 Clubs and Members. It is a wonderful resource for District Leadership, Club Leadership and Rotary Members alike.

RI Integration • DACdb must be selected at RI • RI Direct Connect must be selected under Club Edit • Advantanges: • Direct comparison of Members in RI and in DACdb • Officer compare coming soon • Club Information compare coming soon Note: With RI’s new billing policy – making sure your membership is in sync with RI is more important than ever!!!

Why did I tell you this? • If it is done, DACdb now becomes a powerful communications and reporting tool for the District and Clubs • DACdb is the repository of information • Elimination of manual lists, multiple databases, etc. • Club Positions (P, S, T, M, TRF, etc.) role-up to District Level committees automatically: • Members added at the club level are added into the district committees • Members deleted at the club level are removed from the district committees • Club Participation Data rolls-up to (PHF, SM, etc) This requires NO WORK on the part of the District to maintain these committee lists!!!!!!
