In an education sphere are involved – more than 80 million – 60 % (1 woman-1,2 of the child – 50 million) 1994 Creation of the state educational university of the higher professional education in the city-naukograde of Dubna - of the Dubna International university of the nature, society and man.

The education contents: • Perfection of structure and the education contents • Development of scientifically research work Availability HPE: • The limited budgetary availability; • The status of Uniform graduation examination (UGE) as one of constituting systems of selection; • Complete availability to persons after service in the Russian army; • Credit granting system development (the educational credit).

Innovative and educational technologies in Dubna Структура доклада Dubna University The organization of educational process: • Expansion of the nomenclature of directions (introduction of mathematics, medicine, etc.); • Transition to directions and bachelor degree introduction; • Transition to system of test units (Russia 2008) • Transition to "the asynchronous" modelling organisation of educational process The contents of educational process: • Creation and introduction of the uniform base of educational process (a first-year and also can be second-year) • Gradual increase in a share independent work of students to 60 %-70 % • Revision of curricula (introduction of modular technologies of construction of educational process HPE) Quality of education (QE) • Introduction of a uniform appraisal plan and increase QE: - complete information of educational process - introduction of rating system of estimations - the intermediate control - introduction of advices of employers - system of "tracing" of graduates
