  10. Short-term Assessment • May-June 2010 -commence global recruitment of at least one (1) additional EOTO team member. • July 2010 -EOTO team member (at least one) recruited commences responsibilities • August 2010-Establish year activity plans • September 2010 -First EOTO coordinated activity

Long-term Assessment • (2-5 years)- Expand EOTO’s one annual activity to a substantive project in one region of the world. • (5-10 years)- Expand EOTO from a substantive pilot project in one region of the world to duplicate projects tailored in multiple regions of the world. • (10-20 years)- Fully brand EOTO as an organization that works in conjunction with the UN to support global grassroots initiatives.
