Eligibility & Admissions Policy • Grievance Procedure for Denial of Assistance • All applicants have the right of appeal • Appeal should demonstrate ability to comply with program regulations • Supportive services, completion of treatment, employment, letters of reference, etc. are important to the hearing process

Tenant Responsibilities • Pay Tenant Share of Rent • 30% of Adjusted Household Income • Pay for Utilities & Keep Connected • No Unauthorized Guests • All Household Members Must be Approved • Tenant Must Abide by Lease Terms • No excessive property damage • No Criminal Activity • Conviction not required • Preponderance of the evidence • 2 Step Grievance Procedure for Termination
