Phase II – Building Construction Scope of Work: concrete footing/building pad, masonry and steel work, glazing, insulation, drywall, texture/painting, ceiling and floor tiles, roofing system, plumbing and electrical systems, heating/cooling/ventilation system, fire protection system, concrete curb and gutters, asphalt paved access roads and parking lot, street lights, signage, electrical and communication line extensions, etc.
