FAROArm standard warranty • 1 Year Warranty - total covering of costs for replacement parts, labor costs and return shipping charges of the FAROArm, customer pays for the expenses of sending in the FAROArm to Stuttgart, Germany. • Mobility Warranty - Certification and any repairs necessary will be performed within 7 working days. When this time frame is exceeded, a replacement arm will be provided at no cost for the amount of time required beyond 7 working days. For the loaner unit of a FAROArm the following agreement is valid - The FAROArm will be provided to the customer as a complete system. The customer will compare the accompanying inventory list with the contents of the system. If there are any discrepancies, this should be reported to the customer service department within 48 hours.The customer will be responsible for any damage that might occur while the unit is on loan. • Hotline Support- Free support via telephone hotline by FARO specialists. Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. (not including holidays). • FAROArm certificate - annual certification within the warranty period. • FAROArm 15 Point Check - 15-point check including certificate. • Accessories - 10 % special discount on all accessory parts and rental arms. • Annual extension of contract - The contract will continue to be extended for one year if no cancellation takes place three months prior to the expiration date of the contract. The annual price for continuing warranty is EUR 2800 per year. That includes continuous warranty of FAROArm, the owner of FAROArmcan send it once a year to Stuttgart for a check and certificationof ISO9000 to ensure that the measurements made by the arm are approvable measurement.
