As such, he is responsible for all Consulting Services as they relate to Estimating databases and consultation that are provided to our clients. In addition, Rick also continues to design and build client databases. Rick is a Certified WMS Consultant, a Certified Timberline Precision Estimating Consultant and has over 25 years experience in the construction industry. With a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from the University of Denver, Rick has worked as a Field Engineer, Superintendent, Project manager, Estimator, Chief Estimator and Area Manager for several large general contractors. He has worked as an independent estimating consultant for the past fifteen years. In helping to create the Workflow Management Solution over the past twelve years, he has gained extensive experience with the residential building industry and the Best Business Practices that apply to it. Rick has spoken at numerous industry functions, software user conferences and selected universities regarding the place and purpose of estimating, purchasing and workflow processes in the residential construction business.
