Direct Termination Overflow (DTO) and Trunk- to-Trunk Overflow sends overflow calls to a pre-determined alternate location. Real-time Automatic Number Identification (Real Time ANI) identifies the caller's originating number. (Similar to “caller ID”). Industry Toll-Free directory assistance allows customers to publish their 800 number(s) in AT&T's Toll-Free directory. Industry Toll-Free directory assistance expedited service allows customers to publish their 800 number(s) in AT&T's Toll-Free directory. EZ Route allows customers full control over network-based menu routing, database routing (customer maintained routing database in the Qwest Network), Intelligent Call Processing (IP VPN post-termination routing linking to a Cisco ICM or Genesys T-Server), or link to custom or templated QWCC applications. Qwest Control for Toll-Free gives customers the ability to view and modify call plans and view configuration and statistics reports Custom reports provide a detailed view of the customer’s Toll-Free calling traffic.
