  5. Ingredients: • -Ground Meat (400g) • -Onion (1/4 minced) • -Butter or Vegetable Oil (1 tablespoon) • -White Bread • -Egg • -Soy Sauce (or a pinch of salt) • -Black Pepper

  6. Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner? • The truth is, …….Every time of the day is a good time for a good ole’ hamburger! • Most people eat it for lunch or dinner, but it is in fact a breakfast item
