Webcast Agenda • Review important information related to reporting • Review the electronic reporting system • Inputting data into the report • Corrective actions for any records in noncompliance • Student-level correction • Corrective action activity/activities to ensure future compliance • Uploading Evaluation, IEP, and Discipline recording forms • Recommend steps

Important Information Related to Reporting • Results submitted to DPI via the Special Education Web Portal • https://www2.dpi.state.wi.us/seportal/Pages/SignIn.aspx • Ad hoc committee should review results before submitting to DPI • Submit results by November 16 • Noncompliance identified and must be corrected as soon as possible • February 15: correct all student-level noncompliance and establish an internal control system

Electonic Reporting System Overview • On-line and fillable report for results and corrective actions. • Use electronic recording forms available at: • http://sped.dpi.wi.gov/sped_spp-sa-conduct • Automatically tracks items for which the LEA must correct student errors and ensure future compliance. • Software allows you to save and return to report. • Populates DPI database.
