All exhibition equipment listed above should be returned to the EDC, Bognor and are NOT to be sent back to your local office for storage! • Please keep the original equipment boxes/packaging for Wiley owned equipment. At the end of the conference repack items into the same boxes they arrived in as the boxes are labelled up with the items unique SKU. • Following these guidelines assists in ensuring that everything is received back into the warehouse and can be reused for other exhibitions. Without these details, we will be unable to determine if cartons are missing or where your pull-ups have gone astray. • Return Shipment Procedures: • Exhibitions arrange the collection of returns and exhibition kits. If a Freight Forwarder has been arranged, details will be included on the convention memo sent out by the Exhibition Manager. • DO NOT mix books with Promo & Exhibition Kit in returned cartons. • SEPARATE supplies and label the boxes. • DO NOT include any Journals or Promo Leaflets in the return shipment. • Call or email B&H Worldwide to confirm the exact number of boxes to be collected and their final location where possible, to ensure all materials are collected: • B&H Worldwide Contact Details: • Samantha Scott, Exhibitions Supervisor • Tel: +44 (0)208 7595544 / email: exhibitions@bhworldwide.com • Out of Hours Mobile No: 07584 505726   • Return Labels: • Return labels are located in the Exhibitions Stationery Box • (Copy of Books Invoice should be included in inbound shipment of books) • Please include the Exhibit Id and No Boxes on the return shipment label • for easy identification by EDC, Bognor upon return of the shipment
