  4. Perubahansistimperkemihan Dieresis dapatterjadisetelah 2-3 hari post partum Padaawal post partum, kandungkemihmengalamioedeme, kongesti, danhipotonik

  5. Perubahansistemendokrin kadar HCG dan HPL secaraberangsurturundan normal kembalisetelah 7 hari post partum

  6. Perubahansistemkardiovaskular Penurunancurahjantungterjadipadabeberapaharipertama post partum danakankembali normal padaakhirmingguke 3 post partum.

  7. Perubahansistemhematologi seldarahputihmeningkatpadaawalmasanifas yang terjadibersamaandenganpeningkatantekanandarahserta volume plasma dan volume seldarahmerah. Pada 2-3 hari post partum, konsentrasihematokritmenurunsekitar 2% ataulebih.

  8. Perubahantanda-tanda vital Tekanandarahharusdalamkeadaanstabil Suhuturunsecaraperlahan, stabilpada 24 jam post partum Nadimenjadi normal setelahmelahirkan
