Plan for LTP Phase Out • Continue to build capacity by continuing implementation of train the teacher model • Continue the development of shared leadership, embed practices and instructional strategies • Continue the current methods of monitoring teacher performance via data meetings, quarterly administration of SOL released tests in all content areas, item analysis to identify student strengths and weaknesses
