Superior Edge Northern is the only university in the U.S. that packs community engagement, diversity awareness, leadership development and real-world experience into one life-changing, leadership program. • The Four Edges: • Citizenship • Diversity • Leadership • Real World Students document 100 hours for each edge and write a reflective paper. A student enrichment transcript is earned after completing each edge, which is sent out with a student’s academic transcript. Last year, 2722 students participated in this program.
