General Electric Company - Career Opportunities QUALIFICATIONS • REQUIREMENTS • BS/BA Degree; equivalent experience in specified industry • Minimum 6 months Inside Sales/Customer Service experience • Strong written and oral communications • Demonstrated leadership abilities • Ability to operate in fast-paced, dynamic work environment • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills required • Ability to function effectively in team environment • Adaptability to changing business needs – operate as change agent • DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS • Familiar with automated order entry systems • Strong PC skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) • Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solution software

General Electric Company - Career Opportunities DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES • ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL VARY BY JOB FUNCTION AND GE COMPONENT • The following are a few examples of recurrent tasks performed in entry level positions: • Project Management in respective GE component - increase productivity/profitability • OTR management – quotations, order entry, fulfillment, operations • Manage in-coming customer calls • Operate in team environment in support of a group of customers or assigned program • Participate in Six Sigma initiatives • Report out on customer requirements – customer dashboards tied to their CTQs • Meet sales, margin and productivity targets specific to the GE component and assignment • Actively participate in training program with demonstrated retention and application • Work effectively with GECIS Team in India - embrace the business partnership
