  4. Landlocked and transit developing countries continued to benefit from the UNCTAD Automated System for Customs Data (ASYCUDA) which is designed to speed up customs procedures through the use of information technology. The new web-based “ASYCUDAWorld”, is being implemented in Afghanistan
