Treasurer’s Report: Funds Raised In the period from 1/9/2011 to 31/8/2012, we raised the following funds: • Christmas Fun Day £4763 • Summer BBQ £4160 • Auction £5280 • Quiz Night £655 • 100+Club £260 • Wheels Sale £244 • Donation £200 • Boden Night £300 • Reception Evening £238 • 2nd Hand Uniform Sale £92 • Football Tickets £1101 • “Mini” Car Raffle £215 • Online/catalogue commission £84

  8. The Big Target We were committed to contribute £20k for the new ICT Suit, and 2 distortion mirrors at £450 each. All this has now been paid for. We now are raising funds for a school minibus at an approximate cost of £12,000 and Wireless Connection throughout the school at an approximate cost of £10,000. Fundraising events so far: • Reception Parents Evening (£200) • Christmas Fun Day (6,000) • Sponsored Cycle (£400) • Bags to School (£400) • Summer Ball • CP Staff and Governors Quiz night (£100) Events currently being considered or planned: • Sponsored Event – Bike Ride, plans underway • Caversham Primary School Great British Bake off • BBQ • Commission on tickets to 2 Reading Football Games • Wheels Sale • Bags to School • Easter Egg Hunt • School Discos • Film Nights • Quiz Night • Car wash weekends • Ice Rink • Vintage Car Fair? • James Bond evening • Ongoing activities, e.g. uniform sales, wheels sale, cake sales etc

The Big Target More is required to hit the target – currently being considered: • Gift Aid – to utilise more with fundraising events • Charitable donations from employers • Sponsorship of events by local businesses(Masons and Caversham Coachworks) • Class by class approach – can we get children and wider group of parents involved? • Other events – More sponsorship events, Ice Rink, Car wash weekends, etc….

  13. Audit Status As annual income is <£25k, Charities Commission do not require us to audit our accounts. We are required to: • maintain Accounts and produce a Trustees’ Report • submit an Annual Return
