Summary of Activities to Date • Fundraising kick-off breakfast • Completed four (4) staff/technical design meetings • Steering Committee Presentation • Gathering and reviewing existing site information • Land survey underway • Engineering soils investigation underway • Established a schedule of activities • Building program reviewed • Held LEED® Workshop / delivered LEED® Scorecard • Completed several concept building/site studies • Our first milestone – concept site & building plan developed

Next Steps • Open House for community information and feedback • Property acquisition • Advance the design/drawings based on concept • Building Elevations • Materials • Construction Details • Develop and monitor construction budgets • Continue to monitor LEED components/scorecard – LEED® Silver objective • Report back to Council as the design is advanced and finalized • Tender the Project for March 2011 completion
