  2. Program Overall Introduction Business Case Genpact Asia is growing very fast. Apart from diving deeper into BPO and ITO business, in which we have already shown our strong capabilities, we are also endeavoring to build up Smart Decision Service (SDS), which covers Risk Management, Marketing & Analytics, and BPR. Business Consulting is another high-value-added area in which we are striving to grow. To support this development strategy, we need to broaden our management talent pool. Vision After a 12-month Management Trainee Program, we will harvest the best-in-class managers embedded with Genpact Genes and equipped with solid knowledge and skills to be adapted into each Genpact key focus area. They will be the remarkable elite as future Leaders of Genpact Asia. Target Group The target groups of this program are high-potential MBA post-graduates and undergraduates from China tier one universities. Training Methodology Use blended training (intervention/separate classroom session/E-learning), on-the-job  learning/assignments, rotation and overseas on-site learning. 12 Month Learning Path to build Future Leaders

  4. Phase One – Become a Genpacter Phase one – “Become a Genpacter” takes 2 week. It is a critical period for new on-board Genpact MTs. It covers from industry introduction to Genpact induction, also will introduce necessary tools. Genpact Induction & BPO Market MTs should understand and iterate below points clearly: Solution & Transition • Genpact History and development story • Customers of Genpact • Genpact Competitors in market • Genpact Organizational Structure • Genpact Key accounts and key business in Asia • Genpact Policies Function (Phase 3) Genpact Induction BPO Market • Genpact Tools • MTs will be requested to • Learn LEAN tool and pass LEAN test • Learn 6 Sigma Tool • Pass GB test within next 1 months • Complete Transition Tool Kit intensive learning Lean Training Six Sigma Training

Business Process Management Operation Business Process Management Operation Business Process Reengineering & Business Consulting Business Process Reengineering & Business Consulting Solution & Transition Duration: 3 Month Duration: 2 Month Duration: 2 Month Duration: 3 Month Duration: 3 Month Phase Two – Build up your capability in Operations During Phase two, MT will be spending 8 month on doing three Rotations in Genpact Operations. Based on on-board date and operation opportunities, they will either follow route 1 or route 2. By means of on the job Learning & Practicing with blended training and assessment as supplement, they will have solid understanding and earn hands-on experiences for Genpact Operations. Based on project/process, MT will have oversea business opportunities. Route1: Solution & Transition (3 Month) -> BPO Operations (2 Month) -> SDS/BC (3 Month) Route 2: BPO Operations (2 Month) -> Solution & Transition (3 Month) -> SDS/BC (3 Month) Solution & Transition Duration: 3 Month Three Genpact Operation Direction on-the-job Learning in Phase Two

People Function • HR/ Hiring • Training Function Finance Phase Three – Build up your capability in Function • In Phase Three , MT will have opportunities to do at least 2 rotations in 3 months choosing from • four function areas: • People Function • Function IT& Facility • Function Finance • Quality& SEP • MT will be assigned with detailed task/projects to ensure that they will not only have overall • understanding of Function role, but also can really play role and take ownership in certain position. • During their rotation in function, MT will also be trained to raise soft skills by blended training. IT & Facility • IT initiatives • Facility Quality & SEP • Quality • Smart Enterprise Process • FP& A • Tax Four Genpact Function Direction build Function generalist in Phase Three

  7. Phase Four – Pass Panel Interview Phase Four, as the last phase in the whole program, is seen as critical report out phase, testing how well MTs have learned and achieved in the last 12 month. Final panel Interview takes 2 hour for each MT. During Panel Interview key points as below will be covered: Industry awareness, Understanding of Genpact Strategy & Operation Status, Presentation for main achievements and take-away during rotation in both operation and function. The Process … Participant Panel Timelines • To present • learning • Via VC or Live • Panel to consist • of Program Sponsor, Program owner, Program manager, HR & Training Leaders • 2 week for preparing white paper and presentation for final Panel • Final panel at the end of 12 months To Graduate Best- in-class Management Trainee

  8. Graduation Criteria • MT can be awarded to Genpact (Asia) MT Certification if the total tracking score reach min. 80% of • total score. Criteria are shown as below: • Attend all classroom intensive training and pass the test in phase one (weight 5%) • Get GB certified (weight 5%) • Complete all separate classroom raining session and E-Learning session shown in learning path (weight 10%) • Adhere to KPI mentioned during Operation Rotation during phase two (weight 45%) • Adhere to KPI mentioned Function Rotation during phase three (weight 30%) • Pass Panel Interview (weight 5%) • Any absence from classroom training, not completion of rotation/project within deadline, or low adherence • of KPI will have negative impact on the score.
