  3. Fats • Helps people develop brain • Can be stored for subsequent use • Forms hormones • There are three different types • Provide 37kg of energy of pound • Foods • Fried, baked, donuts, creams, oils

  4. Water • Helps you digest • Main source of energy • for two pounds of body weight, an ounce of water is required • Has so calories
