  4. Setting: Place: Bradford, England Time period:1969 Weather: cloudy and stormy Social conditions: Desperate and poor Mood that it gives you: fortunate, atmosphere: Depressing, the community doesn’t have a strong relationship with each other so the community isn't getting enough money for better job locations, schools etc.

  5. Characters: Protagonist: Billy Casper Billy Casper is a dynamic character because some times he is happy and some times mad and sad so his mood changes. Billy is normally curious and has to steal in order to support himself. He is a naturalist and kinesthetic Antagonist: Jud Casper Jud Casper is a static character because in the movie he is never helpful or caring he is always disrespectful. Jud doesn’t care about anyone but himself and he doesn’t support his family. Jud is a logical and a intrapersonal person

  6. Conflict: Human Vs. nature/society It is human vs. nature because Billy is not liking all the things that if happening in in society and nature. Human vs. animal Human vs. animal because Billy needs to help the birds and it causes a huge problem in the story.

Plot Rising action: when he hears the noise in the forest and starts running over to the wall and when he gets his job as a farmer Climax: when he is climbing up the wall and it starts to crumble and collapse and he does it to save the nest of baby birds falling action: when he is coming home and he finds out that Jud died

  8. Literary devices: In the story I try to use as many describing words as possible to make you see a mental image in your head while reading my story. I include Adjectives and lots of metaphors, similes and figurative language. I also leave a bit of wondering in the end with my last sentence of the story. Some of the examples in my story are “the grass was as rich as a blooming rose in a field of sunshine” and “the thoughts in his head were as dark as a dying crow screaming for its life” and lastly a repetition “tomorrow tomorrow is what he heard.
