Many Accomplishments • 38% of undergraduates are U.S. students of color • Only university in US with freshman class that is 15% Black AND overall graduation rate of 70% or above • One-quarter of tenured/tenure-track faculty are “minority” (U.S. or international) • 32% of tenured/tenure-track faculty and 44% of professional-track faculty are women • 7 of 15 Deans are women • Top LGBT-Friendly University
