  3. The Problem Don’t you hate it when you are burning in the hot sun and just want to stay cool fast? We solved this problem while making the iCool.

  4. Our Pitch The iCool will help people feeling hot to stay cool efficiently, effectively, and quickly.

  5. Our Target Demographic Our target costumers are people who feel like they need to cool off in a portable, easy way.

  6. Our Solution We believe we have found the perfect solution to this hot summer problem. We have designed a fan that sticks to the back of your iPhone and uses solar energy to powera fan that will keep you cool. No more need to rush to an outlet to plug in your fan, or run into your house for A/C. Just keep cool with iCool.

Us vs. Our Competitors The iFan is one of our only competitors, but our product, the iCool, has the following features that puts it over the top: • Our product is self-powered. • Our product doesn’t drain the battery of users’ phones • Our product is at a reasonable price for its functionality • Our product is durable • Our Premium iCool actually charges your phone while still providing a pleasant, cool, breeze.

  8. Market Size People have spend over 20 billion dollars on iPhone apps and accessories. - Out of these 20 billion 62% buy iPhone cases and with our an being a half-case. We can now get a slice of this part of the market. With this product, we expect to make around 1-2 million a year.

  9. Our Marketing We have discovered that the cost of manufacturing this product is around $15. So, we make our final price at $25 to get a $10 profit. We will market this product using Facebook ads and other social media advertisements.

Our Business Model - Realistically, we can capture around 0.5-1% of the market of people who buy accessories for their iPhones. - We will sell these products in places such as Target, Best Buy, Radio Shack, Walmart. The product would sell at $25 to give us an immediate $10 profit. - In our first quarter we could make $75,000 for every 3,000 models sold. In the quarters following the sales could bounce up due to marketing and we could make twice that money or more.

  11. What We Want What we would like to have from you is 100,000 investment for marketing, manufacturing, and packaging.
