  3. Role of Documentation Department • TO ACCREDIT FINBAR REALTY & DEVT. CORP. (FRDC )TO PAG-IBIG FUND 1. Preparation of MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT (MOA) for Funding Commitment Line (FCL) to PAG-IBIG FUND (HDMF). • Basis of FCL - Projection of Sales is needed for the Commitment Fund Line of HDMF 2. Preparation of Technical Requirements for APPPRAISAL of the project. • To collates all technical requirements such as the cost estimates and bill of materials and the updated Pricelist of the Project. 3. Preparation of Folders Account for Housing Loan Application. Need to evaluate and to pre-qualify buyer’s folders if qualified for the 80% collateral of the total cost selling price of the units. 4. Preparation of Folders Account at Technical Dept of HDMF for the purposes of Technical inspection. Need to prepare Folders for Technical inspection at Pag-ibig Fund and to schedule Buyers for Punch listing and orientation to Property Management. DOCUMENTATION DEPARTMENT

Evaluated Status Accumulated Value • (ESAV) or Total Accumulated Value (TAV) • 10. Preliminary Loan Counselling • Questionnaire (PLCQ) • 11. Birth Certificate (BC) • 12. Marriage Contract (MC)

  17. REMINDER!!!!!! THE GOAL FOR FINANCING SCHEME IS “WHICHEVER IS LOWER” IS THE BASIS OF COLLATERAL RATIO.

  18. THE TRANSMISSION CYCLE OF REQUIREMENTS THE ENVELOPE OF INVESTMENT / MANAGERS AND SUPERVISOR WHAT TO DO?????

  19. No. 1. For Every IM/IS – they have to collect all requirements of their BUYERs to their respective Agent then they will attached all requirements with Transmittal Slip (copy available at Documentation Department) in the envelope, then the envelope goes to the office of Ms. Loris & Ms. Vee for the transmission (have box in the office of of Ms. Loris & Ms. Vee).

  20. No. 2. Schedule of Transmission of Envelope to the office of Ms. Loris & Ms. Vee started from 8:00 am to 2:30 pm, 3pm will pick-up the envelope by Mr. Agri to submit to Documentation Department. Notes: Ms. Vilma C. Garcia will release a Memo for this system.

  21. SCHEDULE OF PUNCHLISTING & ORIENTATION OF THE BUYER 1ST SESSION: TUESDAY THURSDAY 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. SATURDAY 2ND SESSION: TUESDAY THURSDAY 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. SATURDAY

  22. SCHEDULE OF COUNSELLING AT PAG-IBIG FUND EVERY THIRD SATURDAY OF THE MONTHS. WHAT TO DO?????? NO. 1. COORDINATE MS. GRACE CABONILLAS FOR THE LIST OF BUYERS ATTENDED IN THE COUNSELLING AT PAG-IBIG FUND. NEED TO NOTIFY MS GRACE THREE (3) DAYS AFTER BEFORE THE BUYER COMMITTED ON THE SCHEDULE OF COUNSELLING. NO. 2 MAXIMUM OF EIGHT (8) BUYERS IS NEEDED TO ATTEND AT THE COUNSELLING OF PAG-IBIG FUND. AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE PLEASE ADVISE BUYERS THAT THE PRIORITY FOR THE COUNSELLING IS THE PRINCIPAL BORROWER.
