Please explain to reps from other countries • What kind of representation body would or should be informed and consulted? • How is such a body elected or appointed? • What would be the timing of such a procedure? • Would negotiations take place after this information and consultation procedure? • What kind of representatives would be involved in such a negotiation? • Is there a possibility for Workers’ representatives to veto such a proposal?
