The provisions in Subsections 41-6a-505 (3) that require a sentencing court to order a convicted person to participate in a screening, an assessment, or an educational series. 9. FACTS The greatest common denominator for success in treatment was immediate involvement upon a set of circumstances that encouraged change, ie. criminal charges, death, divorce and accuracy in assessing treatment and/or deterrence needs. The number one reason for relapse is STRESS. Misdiagnosis and extreme assessments can cause immediate relapse.
